The further development of the well-known conveyor belt saw with indirect drive via V-belt had the main objective of bringing a new professional saw to the market. It should guarantee the economical and simple preparation of firewood. To meet these requirements, gravity comes into play. Due to the machine’s inclination, the log slides onto the belt after the saw cut and the remaining log slides after it. The qworking tool has a stable frame and a separate support that takes the load of the folding conveyor belt. In addition to PTO drive, there are also variants with an electric motor, which also allows stationary operation without a tractor. Our conveyor belt saw proline is also available with an indirect drive via triple V-belts. The hydraulically adjustable and foldable conveyor belt ensures the ideal removal of our conveyor belt saw. A significant advantage here is the speed and throwing width control. A robustly designed log fence can be quickly adjusted to lengths of 20, 25, 33 and 50 cm without tools.
